What is a Scouter? Scouters (Male and Female Adults) Scouts Canada relies on the dedication and involvement of thousands of adult volunteers to provide its programs to young people. There are many different roles available for Scouting volunteers. Section leaders and their assistants work directly with our youth members to plan and provide fun, exciting and educational programs. All training is provided. All that is required is the commitment to spend time with the youth.
