each month. All Owasco Scouters and Youth are invited to attend. The LOCATION

The Commissioner’s Quality Award is designed to help recognise excellence in the Groups through the delivery of a quality program.
We are looking for new photos for the Home Page of the
Website. If you have any group photos that you would like posted, email them to the Webmaster. Photo release
permission must be obtained. Please make sure that your version of the annual registration form contains the
authorization. Over the years, in Owasco we have been blessed with some fantastic individuals who have held the administrative reins, assisting our scouters in their roles of educating our youth, according to Baden-Powell's guidelines. We are looking for another such individual who cares about Owasco and would be prepared to fill the position of Area Commissioner.
