What is
Gilwell? 1st Troop of Gilwell Gilwellians are Scouters who have taken their Woodbadge training. These Scouters meet on a semi-regular basis on a social basis and to do community service work. Most provinces have a Gilwell Reunion each year. Ontario's is held at Blue
Springs Scout Reserve annually in September.
