OWASCO GILWELL CLUB

 

The members of the Owasco Gilwell Club invite you to attend our next meeting (contact the President for date/time/location). The purpose of a Gilwell Club is to provide a fellowship for Scouters who have earned the right to wear the Wood Badge, to offer service to Scouting in general and to have fun.

Our principal annual function is attending and participating as a contingent in the annual Gilwell Reunion at Blue Springs Scout Reserve. As well as current and former Scouters from Owasco, our contingent includes members from the Owasco B-P Guild and members from U.S. [Boy Scouts of America]. As a Gilwellian, you will probably wish to attend the re-union annually in September to again meet with the leaders who shared your Wood Badge training experience. Why not attend as one of the Owasco contingent?

We look forward to seeing you at the next Gilwell meeting. Uniform is not necessary, but you need to wear your beads!
